Good news, the market is normalizing, but we are still seeing lower-than-average inventory. We are seeing homes sell more quickly and buyers being more active. Also as we move into the second half of 2023, we will begin to see increased activity in the market. But for now, let's look at what's happening right here in San Diego.
Let's look at what's happening in San Diego. At the time this recording there were 805 active listings, 572 pending homes, and 614 sold homes. and the Average Sold Price was $1,477,630 while also being on the market for an average of 29 days. So, as you can see, with the changing market, it is no surprise that homes are not staying on the market for a long time and there is less inventory.
