Tired of Living in California? Are you sick of the taxes? The traffic? Or now that you can work from anywhere, are you just ready for a change or a new adventure? Over the past five years, twice as many people have left California than have moved here. Just in 2023 alone, over 175,000 people left the state. Since 2020, approximately 475,000 people, in total, have moved out. The most popular states to move to are Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Tennessee, North and South Carolina. You’re one of the lucky ones – you have the money and the ability to move – so how do you decide? What does your next dream look like? A good place to start is to make a list of the things that are most important to you: Is it the weather? Low taxes? Access to arts and culture? Proximity to a big city? Wide open space? Are you an outdoor person or happier with city living? Near family and/or friends? Once you’ve answered these questions, you can start researching cities across the country that meet your criteria.  If you or anyone in your family is considering moving out of the area, please consider me as a resource. After so many years in this business, I've created a network of like-minded top agents across the US. If you are considering one area as your primary destination, or perhaps several, I can refer you to a great agent, in each location, that can provide you with a wealth of information and resources. So, feel free to contact me if you have any questions or would like me to connect you with a great agent in the areas that are of most interest to you. You can call me at # 858-336-1114 or email [email protected]
